Town of Paradise Nestled on the Northeast Avalon of Newfoundland and Labrador, over 23,000 call Paradise home making us the third largest municipality in the province.

The Town of Paradise uses this page to keep residents informed of Town news, ongoing events, and recreational programming. The page is monitored by Town staff between the hours of 8:30am- 4:30pm. The Provincial Government is looking for feedback on road safety in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Have your say on potential changes to the Highway Traffic Act to ensure everyone is safe and sound. The consultation focuses on the following topics:

➡️ E-bikes, e-scooters, and other micro-mobility devices
➡️ Car and booster seats for children
➡️ Bicycle safety for children
➡️ Driving schools

Complete the online questionnaire through www.engagenl.ca/en, email your feedback to [email protected], or submit written comments by mail.

The deadline to submit your feedback is September 3, 2026.

Have Your Say on Road Safety in Newfoundland and Labrador!

Requirements & Qualifications
🔹Completion of a Degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology or Management Information Systems.

🔹Proficiency with server systems, security protocols, network infrastructure and cloud technology.
🔹Strong leadership, supervisory, project management and problem-solving skills.
🔹Collaborative and have the ability to influence, be flexible and exhibit great tact and composure under pressure.
