Home Ownership is something most young people fear they will never accomplish. The old saying “pull yourself up by your bootstraps” just doesn’t work when people can’t even afford the bootstraps.

So many are forced to pick between food or a roof, and that is not how this country used to be. It’s high time we got back to what made our nation so great, freedom and prosperity for all.

By reducing immigration targets, lowering the bank of Canadas inflation target, and allowing provinces and municipalities to be held accountable to their citizens for housing we can solve this mammoth problem. Only The Peoples Party of Canada is talking about the driving factors of this issue, support us today and together we can have a lasting, positive impact on life in Canada.

Throughout Parry Sound & Muskoka we are seeing massive housing shortages and rent prices that most cannot afford. Through issues such as mass immigration Canadians in our area have been left on the back burner, people who have spent their entire lives in our area.
You are people who grew up here, played sports here, poured coffee at the local Tim Hortons, made our food and built our homes. Now you are left to “figure it out” while the ones in power keep making empty promises.
It is time to take a stand, and demand that Canadians get prioritized, that there will be homes available so that you can have security. Read our platform, and become a member today so that together we can make real change happen.
