On September 17, we come together for 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘆'𝘀 𝟯𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵.

Take Back the Night is a worldwide movement standing against sexual violence and showing survivors that they are not alone. It’s an opportunity to come together, raise our voices, reclaim our spaces, and stand in solidarity with survivors.

Who knew yoga could be this distracting?

Last week, a wonderful group of women joined us for Yoga with Alpacas. We had every intention of focusing on our yoga practice... but these curious little faces had other plans! 💜

After yoga, we headed out for a walk with the alpacas, enjoyed some fresh air, and spent time together in nature. It was a great reminder that sometimes the best way to recharge is to slow down, get outside, and share a few laughs.

A heartfelt thank you to Kelly from Silke Yoga & Pilates for leading such a relaxing class, and to Riley from 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗹𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗮𝘀 for welcoming us to the farm and sharing these gentle, curious animals with us. We had such a wonderful afternoon!
