Ever tried Nordic pole walking? Now’s your chance to try it for FREE! 🥾

Join us TOMORROW for a Free Nordic Pole Walking Workshop and discover the benefits of this low-impact, senior-friendly exercise.

📅 Friday, October 23
⏰ 1:00 PM
📍 The Amphitheatre, Waterfront Park, Pembroke

Led by certified instructor Terri Morgan from Yoga for Your Knots Studio in Kanata, this workshop is a great opportunity to learn a new activity that can help improve posture, support cardiovascular health, engage your muscles, and reduce impact on your joints.

Walking poles will also be available for purchase at subsidized prices of $40 and $50 (regularly $70 and $80). Quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The workshop is sponsored by Education Entente Canada, formerly the Retired Teachers of Ontario, Renfrew District 21.

Come out, try something new, and enjoy the waterfront!
