📣 We’re Hiring: Registered Social Worker / Dementia Care Clinician

Are you a compassionate Registered Social Worker who is passionate about supporting older adults, people living with dementia, and their care partners?

The Alzheimer Society of Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland, and Haliburton is seeking a permanent, full-time Registered Social Worker / Dementia Care Clinician to join our team.

In this meaningful role, you will provide psychosocial assessments, supportive counselling, care planning, education, advocacy, and system navigation. You will also collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals as part of Primary Care Memory Clinic teams.

Position details:
• Permanent full-time, 35 hours per week
• Vacation, sick time, emergency leave, and holiday office closure
• Flexible scheduling and summer flex-time options
• Professional development opportunities
• A supportive, collaborative, and purpose-driven workplace

Applicants must be registered in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and have a valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence with access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
