Dear friends. It is with a sad heart we let you know that Carol Winter, long time volunteer at PSPC and many, many other causes and events has passed away. There is now a large hole in the community that will be hard to fill. There will not be a service at Carols request but there will be a community party in her honour in June. PSPC will beholding an open house Wednesday, October 25 from 12-3 to share thoughts and memories.
