Our resident parking permits are now online! No more paper passes!

(Paid parking in effect May 29th)

Residents and property owners can register up to four license plates associated with their property to obtain free parking for those vehicles in any paid parking area and resident-only parking zones.

How to register for your resident parking permit:

Step 1: Follow the link to access the registration form. Please have the primary owner or tenant fill out the form on behalf of the household:

Step 2: Once registered, the LGD will review and approve your registration. This may take up to 5 business days.

Step 3: Once you submit your registration form, you are done! The LGD will process your license plates. Please allow due processing time before parking. If your application is denied, you will receive an email with adequate reasoning.

New to 2026:
- Resident Parking Zones: Parking will be restricted to vehicles with a valid resident parking permit on Burrows Road (Willis to Alexander), McDiarmid Road (Willis to Alexander), Alexander Avenue (McDiarmid to Athlone), Athlone Crescent and McGregor Crescent
- Landfill/Community Swim Access: Remains available to Pinawa residents only. Provide your Pinawa address when entering the facility. (Resident Parking Permit not required for entrance)

New Resident Parking Permits will be available online next week!

We are working hard to ensure a smooth transition into our online parking permitting software.

Our resident pass system has gone paperless! After registering online, you will be able to enter up to four license plates that are associated with your property to receive free parking in any paid parking areas or restricted resident-only parking zones.

Access will open early next week. We will share detailed instructions at this time.
