Join us for an Autumn Equinox Sound Bath with local facilitators Kori and Sean Hart for a relaxing evening of therapeutic sounds. 🎵🥁

The sound bath is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and renewed.

✅Cost is $40 per person
🧘Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything else you need to be comfortable. A water bottle is also encouraged.

Football Day in Ponoka is right around the corner!

All three Broncs teams kickoff, one after the other. In addition to Ponoka football, you can expect to see our grand entry (complete with professional fireworks), bbq, concession, Ponoka Community Market, halftime shows, and more.

Come check out the festivities! Not only will you have a blast, you’ll celebrate Ponoka kids as they push themselves on the football field.

Bring us your bottles and help make a difference!
Every bottle helps provide local kids with the opportunity to play sports in our community.
