We have been receiving lots of calls and customers coming in to ask about a text message they received claiming they have an outstanding ticket. This is unfortunately a popular scam that is going around.
We want to remind everyone that the Government of Alberta WILL NOT text or email you about outstanding tickets. If you do get a fine, they will send you something via mail only.
If you receive a text like this, DO NOT click on any links or enter any credit card information.

Due to the changes with Alberta Drivers Licenses, all services related to licensing will be unavailable from June 28th to July 2nd.
Additionally, ALL motor vehicle services will be unavailable AFTER 3 pm on June 30th, and therefore will be closed at that time. We will resume all services on July 3rd. We apologize for the inconvenience.
