After a great deal of thought and consideration, I, Terry Deakin, have decided to close the Animal Ark Pet Supply Store located at 3020 – 3rd Avenue, Port Alberni on August 29th, 2026.

INEO Employment Services staff have worked diligently to provide a community-oriented social enterprise to sell product and train and employ people to work in the retail sector.

However, the cost of doing business in the retail sector in uptown Port Alberni has proven extremely difficult, so we can no longer afford to keep the business open.

We sincerely thank our past and present employees, customers, suppliers, and supporters for their loyalty and support over the last 6 years.
