💛 Family Day is This Monday! 💛

Family Day is a time to slow down and celebrate the people who matter most.

At Port Alberni Family Guidance, we know families come in many wonderful forms — parents and children, grandparents, single parents, blended families, foster and adoptive families, chosen family, close friends, and more. What makes a family is care, and support.

Looking for simple ways to celebrate?

🌿 Get Outside
Go for a walk along Harbour Quay or a local trail
Have a picnic or hot chocolate at the park

🎨 Get Creative
Bake or cook a favourite meal together
Do a small craft together

🎲 Have Fun at Home
Play a board game
Enjoy a movie night

💻 Connect Virtually
Share photos or kind messages in a family group chat
Try an activity online, crafting or cooking or binge watching your favourite show

Family Day doesn’t have to be fancy — it’s about spending time together in ways that feel good for you.
