This week we feature all the camera shy volunteers.

Some decline the title of “volunteer of the week” for their own reasons, but their hard work and dedication is much appreciated.

What a wonderful morning spent with our amazing volunteers! 💛 Our Brightening Your Day workshop was a great reminder that sometimes a simple brain reset can help us pause, refocus and start again.

🧠 Remember the steps:
👀 Sight – notice what you see
👂 Sound – notice what you hear
🤲 Sensation – notice what you feel

Repeat 3 times in a row, then tap twice to RESET! 🔄✨

A huge thank you to Susan Russell for sharing her time, positivity and encouragement with our volunteers. We’re so grateful for the uplifting morning and the reminder to bring a little more intention and brightness into our days. 🌷

Keep an eye out for our next volunteer workshop coming later this fall! 🍂💛
