For the month of August, we are recognizing Morgan Gabrys, for actively practicing our Value In Action: We are all accountable to one another
Morgan demonstrates accountability through her actions, her relationships with others, and her commitment to the success of the team. She consistently treats everyone with respect and helps create a culture where people feel welcomed, valued, and supported. When new staff members join the team, Morgan takes responsibility for helping them feel included and confident in their new role, recognizing that supporting others strengthens the entire team
Over the past year, Morgan has grown into a strong Program Facilitator who takes ownership of challenges and contributes positively to resolving them. When she identifies an issue, she speaks up and comes prepared with thoughtful, practical solutions. Her willingness to take responsibility, support her colleagues, and work collaboratively toward better outcomes reflects the belief that we are all accountable to one another. Morgan’s reliability, integrity, and solution-focused approach make her an important and trusted member of the team
