The Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) program supports youth aged 15 to 30 in gaining meaningful summer employment experiences that help develop essential workplace skills and facilitate a successful transition into the workforce.

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Student Groundskeeper to join our facilities team for the summer season.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and contributing to the upkeep of clean and safe community spaces.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with general landscaping and grounds maintenance, including watering, trimming, weeding, and raking
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of walkways, entrances, and common areas
Support seasonal planting, garden care, and site clean-up activities
Perform additional light outdoor maintenance tasks as required
Qualifications
Must be a current student
Able to work independently and follow instructions effectively
Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions
No previous experience required
Position Details
Location: 2675 Shaughnessy St, Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 0B9
Wage: $20.00/hour
Hours: 32 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal
Start Date: June 1, 2026
