Notes:
-Families may walk their child to class on the first day only. Doors open at 7:50 AM and supervision begins at that time . We ask all students and families arrive by 8:10 AM.
-families must park in the side parking lot and walk their child to the front door. (the front of the school is reserved for buses and for safety reasons students can not be dropped off here)
-IMPORTANT - Pickup students is 1:55 -2:00 pm.
-Communication with teachers about after-school plans should be made through the student agenda (parents and teachers should be checking them daily)
-We ask families to confirm dismissal plans before 1:00 PM each day.
-To avoid disrupting school/class routines, please only pick up students early if it is necessary.

School Supplies
This year all of the teachers are purchasing the supplies for your children. A Link was emailed to families earlier this month. Families must register for a Program called Schoolcash online in order to pay for their supplies online. Please use this link. https://tcrce.schoolcashonline.com/ to set up an account for your child. Reach out to the office if you have any questions.

The first ordering window for the Provincial Lunch Program will open on August 28 and will cover the two-week period of September 8–18. (A message will be sent out through the alert system to all registered guardian emails) on the 28th.

Students are asked to bring a lunch on the first few days of school, however, cafeteria staff will be making the following items
September 3: Wrap with fruit and or veg on the side
September 4: Beefy pasta

Orders will have to be collected manually for the first two days of school so if you want your child to have one of these meals, send a note, message or call the school, or get your child to tell their teacher.
