Time for a blast from the past! 🕰️

The first photo was taken of the gate hut in the 1970s! 😮 And the second photo was taken today of our current gate hut.

Notice the difference in uniforms, landscape, vehicles, and architecture!

Do you have any old pictures of time spent at Long Point? Share them with us in the comments; we would love to see how you have enjoyed the park in the past! 😊

The busyness of work and life can overwhelm anyone. Logan, our Senior Operations Technician, wants to remind everyone to find mindful moments in nature throughout your day. Taking some time to slow down your nervous system with the pace of nature can calm your mind and reset your day! 😌

Logan’s favourite place to take a mindful moment in Long Point is at the swings at beach area 3. He loves listening to the gentle waves in the quiet of the morning from the swing because it is so peaceful! 🌅

Share your favourite “mindful moment” spot at Long Point PP in the caption! We would love to hear about why you choose Long Point as a place to rest & recharge! ☺️
