We love building custom units, and this one was certainly one of them. This unit was built for the province and has some unique features. The Buck Stop lift makes this unit pretty off road capable. This unit is designed to support communications on large scenes such as wildfires, and searches. It has an awesome Whelen light package, onboard generator, and a pneumatic mast to raise antennas. In total this unit has provisions for over 20 antennas and will carry a variety of radios and communication equipment. It was lots of fun to build and we appreciated the chance to build a unit for our province.
If you'd like to have a closer look. This truck will be on display at FDIC Atlantic Friday afternoon and evening, along with another similar unit we built recently.

Many thanks to the Jordan Fire Department for trusting us to make the needed modifications to their new to them truck. We added compartment space, upgraded lights, installed power ladder racks, added a rear suction, installed dump tank brackets, along with a long list of other changes to allow this unit to better suit their needs. If you're familiar with Shelburne FDs former Water Wagon truck, you'll notice a number of changes.

We had a much appreciated break in the cold temperatures as we completed the UL testing today. This pumper will soon head home to the Antigonish County Vol. Fire Department.
More pics and details to follow as we clean up and detail this 1250gpm pumper before it heads to it's new home.
