Thanks to your amazing support on Fuel Good Day (Sept 17), Homestead Co-op donated $3,500 to the Tools for School program, a United Way initiative in partnership with Portage Friendship Centre! 🎉 This program ensures local students in the Portage la Prairie area have the supplies they need to succeed. We are so grateful to be chosen as a recipient. Your generosity is making a huge difference in our community!

I attended the 2024 Looking After Each Other Gathering in partnership with the Provincial FASD Coalition and the Portage Friendship Centre Insight Mentor Program this morning at the Keesh. They are gathering together as members of Manitoba FASD Coalition, FASD service providers, Elders, caregivers, people with FASD, and
other community partners who are passionate about dignity promotion for people impacted by FASD. They will spend the day together socializing, and sharing knowledge and teachings.
