Meet your Members that help protect your community.

Jaymes Frank began volunteering with Pouce Coupe Fire Rescue in 2014 and has dedicated more than 12 years to serving our community.
Today, Jaymes is a Primary Care Paramedic with BC Emergency Health Services, a P*P Educator, a Ground Search Team Lead with South Peace Search and Rescue, and a 1001-certified firefighter just to name a few with PCFD.
For Jaymes, being a firefighter is about teamwork, helping people when they need it most, and the lifelong friendships built along the way. He also enjoys sharing his experience with other members while continuing to learn from those around him.
When he’s not working or volunteering, Jaymes enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter, disc golfing, catching up with friends, and continuing his firefighting and paramedicine studies.
His advice to anyone thinking about joining:
“Just show up and give it a try. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes—we all started from the bottom. With hard work and determination, you may have what it takes to make a difference.”
Thank you, Jaymes, for more than 12 years of dedication to PCFD and our community. Here’s to many more!

These beautiful hand-crocheted and knitted blankets were lovingly made and donated to Pouce Coupe Fire & Rescue.

Our firefighters carry the blankets to provide warmth and comfort to people during emergency calls—when a little extra care can mean so much.

A heartfelt thank you to the talented and generous hands that created these beautiful blankets for our community. Your kindness will bring comfort to someone when they need it most.

🚒 Mutual Aid Training 🚒

Pouce Coupe Fire & Rescue would like to extend a big thank you to Tomslake Fire Department for joining us for a mutual aid training session.

Training together lets our departments strengthen our working relationships, share knowledge, and stay current with our skills, equipment, and procedures.

Strong mutual aid partnerships are an important part of emergency response. By training together, we are better prepared to work safely and effectively as one team when our communities need us most.

Thank you to all the members who came out, participated, and helped make the training a success!

Training Together. Responding Together. Supporting Our Communities. 🚒🔥
