🎆 Help Light Up Prescott’s Canada Day Sky! 🎆

Prescott, Ontario (Official) is preparing for a spectacular waterfront fireworks display on Wednesday, July 1 — and local businesses and community partners are invited to help us make this year’s celebration the biggest and brightest yet.

Fireworks will be launched from the Heritage River Trail, with great views from Fort Wellington National Historic Site and throughout the Downtown Prescott RiverWalk District.

Sponsorship opportunities include:

✨ Presenting Sponsor — $2,500
✨ Community Sponsor — $500
✨ Friend of Canada Day — $250

Sponsors will receive recognition based on their selected level, including opportunities for event signage, social media promotion and website recognition.

On Monday, May 4, 2026, Council members were proud to attend a cheque presentation from our local legion, alongside Veronica Burchell, President of Fort Wellington Branch 97, The Royal Canadian Legion.

The Prescott Fire Department Ontario, Canada was successful in their 2025 grant application to the Royal Canadian Legion Ontario Command Charitable Foundation, and a generous donation of $7,000 was used to support the purchase of a set of Edraulic Jaws of Life equipment to further enhance the department’s response capabilities.

We are incredibly grateful for the Legion’s continued generosity and commitment to community safety. Contributions like this help ensure our firefighters have the tools they need to respond effectively when it matters most.
