June 2026

Each month until October 6th, we'll post a few of the beautiful granny squares that have been donated by community members for inspiration!

The Quesnel Library is inviting our community to participate in creating a unique "Wrapped in Comfort Crocheted Quilt" to be auctioned off in the annual Friends of the Quesnel Library silent auction that will take place in November/December 2026.

You are invited to create a 6 x 6 inch crocheted granny square using any colours & pattern you fancy.

To make the quilt easy to put together:
* Squares need to be 6" x 6"
* #4 worsted-weight yarn

Starts: May 6, 2026
Last day to drop of squares at the Quesnel Library: October 6, 2026

Stop in at the Quesnel Library for patterns/books or work on your square on Thursdays from 1 pm - 3 pm during our Crafting Club.

Contact Tammy at the Quesnel Library if you have any questions - 250-992-7912
