The Fundy Regional Service Commission is holding a transit plan information session at the qplex on Monday, November 2.

We’re moving to the next phase of the Fundy Region Transit Plan and want to hear from you.

Building on feedback gathered through previous stages of the project, we’re now exploring potential regional transit options and a proposed approach to implementation. Public information sessions give you a chance to learn about the proposed strategy, ask questions and share your feedback.

The towns of Quispamsis and Rothesay, in partnership with the Kennebecasis Regional Police Force (KRPF), have established a working group to examine the use of e-scooters and e-bikes throughout the Kennebecasis Valley.

Quispamsis has lowered flags at its municipal buildings to half-mast until further notice in recognition of the tragedy at CFB Wainwright in Alberta over the weekend.

Our thoughts are with service members, friends, families and all Canadians impacted by the events.

Quispamsis has been advised that Service New Brunswick’s Property Assessment Services teams will be conducting re-inspections in our community October 19-23, 2026.

The re-inspections will be taking place in neighbourhoods between Quispamsis Road and the Rothesay town limits.

SNB staff will be driving two Chrysler Pacifica vans (one black, with a Quebec license plate; one white, with a New Brunswick license plate) with magnetic Service New Brunswick signs affixed to them.

Staff will be wearing Service New Brunswick attire and will be able to produce Government ID upon request. They will be taking photos of properties but will not be requesting to enter homes.

‼ The bridges at the Arts and Culture Park have been replaced and the park has reopened fully!
