Even as we celebrate joy, love, and resilience, we recognize that 2SLGBTQI+ communities still face discrimination and inequities that must be addressed.

2SLGBTQI+ people are also disproportionately affected by mental health challenges.
United Way supports initiatives that foster inclusion, reduce barriers, and strengthen community supports.

We envision a country where everyone can live authentically and without fear.
