Charlie found this beautiful newborn fawn on our morning walk a few weeks ago. He was so precious, staring intently at us and committed to staying right where his mother left him while she goes off to forage for food. Thankfully, Charlie and Ruby left him alone and we carried on with our walk. These little glimpses into the wonders of Mother Nature and life make me incredibly grateful for all that unfolds daily in a forest that is a wonderland.

There are not words enough that can be said about this space. It is BEYOND COMPARE. We have stayed in dozens of AirBnBs over the past 20 years and NOT ONE compares to this outstanding Cabin in the Woods. All of the work, detail, and incredible effort you have put in here goes far beyond expectation. I came looking for peace, quiet and tranquility and got all of that! If there is a classification that goes above “Superhost” you both have earned it! We will not forget your kindness, hospitality and ability to turn a stressful time into peace and Serenity.”

“Our recent stay at The Woodsy Cabin was the most wonderful, tranquil and peaceful spot my husband and I have ever been to. The attention to detail in this special place exceeds all limitations. Everything from the soothing sounds of the nearby waterfall, the comforting wood cabin, the stone pathway, all allow you to breath in nature. If your looking for a beautiful getaway to unplug, no need to look anywhere else!
