That could mean stronger government revenues and renewed investment in resource sectors, alongside added pressure on inflation, interest rates, and household budgets.

Our latest economic update explains what these shifts could mean for growth, the dollar, and the months ahead.

Yesterday in Regina, FCC brought together industry and government leaders in Saskatchewan for a fireside chat focused on trade dynamics, global market pressures, and practical considerations facing agriculture, both this Spring and beyond.

The conversation underscored the importance of collaboration across jurisdictions, the need for continued investment and innovation, and the key role of rural communities in supporting a resilient ag and food sector.

Saskatchewan plays a vital role in Canada’s agriculture and food sector. Hosting this conversation from our head office in Regina created space for open dialogue, shared perspectives, and a deeper understanding of what producers and communities need to succeed.
