📣Attention BISW Graduates and Third/Fourth Year Students: The Indigenous Social Work Program is Recruiting Participants for a Research Project!

The FNUniv INSW program is conducting a research project on the field placement experiences of Indigenous social work students (REB #1197) and is looking for participants who meet the following criteria:

- You are a third- or fourth-year student (having completed at least one field placement) currently enrolled at the First Nations University of Canada, or you are a BISW graduate.
- You are 18 years of age or older.

✨Ways to Participate:
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can participate in one of two ways:

1. Attend a sharing circle at your respective campus (Regina, Saskatoon, or Northern Campus). The session will last 1.5 to 2 hours, and the dates will be determined.

Featuring guest speakers who share their true lived experiences, Voices of Truth is intended to illuminate the personal ways that colonialism has impacted First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples on Treaty 6 Territory and beyond.

💚 Dr. Maurice's presentation on September 23rd will examine the colonial backpack of oppressive structural, cultural, and historical Sixties Scoop policies and practices that Indigenous, Métis and Inuit people endured within a settler-colonial society. This evening will provide you with an opportunity to reflect the journey from victim to survivor and from Warrior to Wisdom.

The Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP) is seeking expressions of interest from allied health
professionals interested in serving on the SCPP’s Fitness to Practise Committee (FTPC).
The purpose of the FTPC is to receive, review, and mediate concerns about members that relate to mental health,
capacity, or substance use. The FTPC is comprised of health professionals with expertise in these areas and
supports SCPP’s mandate to protect the public by regulating the practice of pharmacy in Saskatchewan. The work of
the FTPC involves the investigation of concerns regarding member competence in accordance with The Pharmacy
and Pharmacy Disciplines Act, SCPP bylaws, policies, and standards
