Every week, our Peer Support Team visits encampments throughout our community, providing food, water, essential supplies, and, most importantly, connection, support, and hope.
Our Peer Support Workers bring lived experience—they have faced chronic homelessness themselves and are now thriving in our supportive housing program. Their journeys allow them to build trust and meet people where they are with understanding and compassion.
Joining them are our support staff, nurses, and addiction counsellor, ensuring individuals have access to care, resources, and pathways to healing.
Caring for our relatives is a shared responsibility. Together, we can create a community where everyone is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. ❤️
