To apply for or update health cards, birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates or genealogy reports:

- Visit our office in person Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. To sign up for MySaskHealthRecord, ask questions about an existing account or request a PIN:

Text messages and phone calls claiming to be from eHealth Saskatchewan are scams. We’ll never call or text you about health card renewal. There’s no charge for a Saskatchewan health card and renewal stickers will be automatically mailed to eligible residents. Don’t click on any links or give out your banking information.

Important reminder: There is no charge to order or update a Saskatchewan health card.

We’re aware of text messages claiming to be from the Government of Canada Health Card Service Centre. The messages claim you need to click a provided link to ensure uninterrupted access to health care. If you follow the link, you will be asked to fill out a form and provide payment for a new health card.

These text messages are a scam. Please do not reply or click on the link.

2026 is a health card renewal year, so we are asking Saskatchewan residents who have moved recently to update their address if they haven’t yet. Please visit our website for more information.

If we need to contact you, it will be by phone or email – never by text message.
