STOPS to Violence Saskatchewan Towards Offering Partnership Solutions (STOPS) to Violence. We commit to moving forward in a respectful way in the spirit of reconciliation.

Saskatchewan Towards Offering Partnership Solutions (STOPS) to Violence is a provincial network of individuals and organizations from a variety of sectors including government, community, public and private sectors. Our commonality is our desire to reduce interpersonal violence and abuse and build healthy, vibrant communities where all people are safe and valued. We believe…
• Violence and abuse are unacceptable in all its forms.
• Every person has a right to safety.
• The causes of violence and abuse are multiple and rooted in all systems of society.
• There are many ways to achieve goals and find solutions. We acknowledge that we are on the land of the First Nations peoples and the homeland of the Metis.

🌿 Upcoming Regional Gatherings: Strengthening Everyday Networks of Care for Violence Prevention 🌿

⭐ Saskatoon & Region: Tuesday, November 3 from 10-4
⭐ Prince Albert & Region: Wednesday, November 4 from 10-4
⭐ Moose Jaw & Region: Tuesday, November 10 from 10-4

The people we connect with every day—family, friends, neighbours, co-workers and other natural supports—help shape what we value, how we treat one another and the choices we make. These trusted relationships are also where we often first notice concerns, offer care and turn for support when things are difficult.

Join STOPS to Violence for learning and conversation about how communities and service systems can better recognize and strengthen these everyday networks of care as an important part of violence prevention.

Whether you’re part of a community group, work in human services or simply care about your community, your perspective is welcome. People from surrounding communities are encouraged to attend!
