EvalPartners is looking for an Independent Consultant to conduct research and produce an academic paper on: “Can we talk about a ‘Made in Asia Pacific evaluation’ approach?: Where are we, and where are we heading?”
The research paper will be used to prepare the Memorial Lecture to be launched at the Fourth APEA Conference and EvalVisionAsia in December 2023 during a plenary session.
