Bonar Law Common is the birthplace of Andrew Bonar Law. Located on site is our museum and the preserved historical home of Bonar Law which is open for tours. The grounds are home to numerous activities held throughout the summer. Bonar Law Common est le lieu de naissance d'Andrew Bonar Law. What a wonderful evening of storytelling and shared memories!

Last week, we had the pleasure of gathering with our community for a special Storytelling Event hosted by Richibucto River Historical Society

Stories are more than just memories. They are a part of our history, passed down from one generation to the next, helping us understand where we came from and keeping our community’s heritage alive.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and shared their stories. Every story told is a piece of history preserved for future generations. ❤️

Join us this Wednesday for our very last crafting session of the summer! ☀️ Whether you are an experienced crafter or completely new to needlework, come unwind, learn something new, and enjoy a wonderful afternoon together.

What : Introduction to Sashiko Embroidery (Traditional Japanese stitching)

When: This Wednesday (August 26) 10AM TO 11:30AM

Cost: Completely FREE!

🌎✨ Week 7: (Special Collaboration) Mystery Week! ✨🌎

We had a special collaboration for our Mystery Week, and our campers got to take their taste buds on a trip around the world! 🌍🍴

This week, we tried:
🇨🇦 Acadian food: Fricot
🇰🇷 Korean snacks: 3 different kinds!
🇧🇪 Belgian treat: Chocolate mousse
🇵🇭 Filipino food: Stir-fried noodles

It was such a fun way to explore different cultures through food and discover new flavours together! 😋❤️

⭐️Meet our Summer Student, Nathan⭐️

Nathan is going into Grade 11 at Bonar Law Memorial School. He is a dedicated student who has made the Honour Roll and received Academic Excellence recognition for his hard work and achievements.

Next school year, he’ll also be taking on the role of Student Council Treasurer, giving him another opportunity to contribute to his school community.

Outside of school, Nathan enjoys reading and yo-yoing.📚He is also a dedicated karate practitioner, participating as both a student and an instructor.🥋

In addition to enjoying his acedemics, he is also known for wearing fun suits and bringing lots of spirit and enthusiasm wherevere he goes!!
