Supporting youth as they take their next steps toward the future.

We are grateful to Ontario Trillium Foundation for their generous support of SoAR Mindful Transitions: Secondary, a program designed to support youth ages 16–21 as they transition from high school into post-secondary education, apprenticeship opportunities, employment, and community life.

With this support, youth with learning disabilities, ADHD, and other neurodivergent needs are gaining valuable skills in self-advocacy, executive functioning, goal setting, and navigating life after high school.

Thank you to the Ontario Trillium Foundation for investing in inclusive opportunities and helping young people build confidence, independence, and pathways for success.
