Hello Blair Families

On June 12th is Sports Day, and PAC needs parent volunteers between 9:30 - 1:30 to help distribute food and snacks to students. We have prepared pizza 🍕, juice, and granola bars for every child.

We are still looking for volunteers for the following time slots:
9:30 AM – Sort and prepare juice and granola bars
(Items need to be delivered to classrooms/game stations by 10:15 AM)

Dear Archibald Blair Elementary School Families,

Our Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) urgently needs parent volunteers and executive members for the upcoming school year.

Without enough parent participation, many of the activities, events, programs, and opportunities that help make our school community special may not be able to continue. PAC support plays an important role in organizing school events, fundraising initiatives, volunteer programs, and creating enriching experiences for our children throughout the year.

We are currently seeking nominations and volunteers for ALL PAC Executive positions at our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). We strongly encourage parents and guardians to step forward, get involved, and help support our school community.

Joining the PAC is also a rewarding way to:

- Volunteer at the school and be involved in your child’s school experience
- Meet and connect with other parents and families
- Build communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Have a direct voice in supporting school initiatives and student activities
- Help create a positive and engaged school environment for all children

Even a small amount of time and participation can make a big difference. Our school community depends on parent involvement, and we truly need your support.

Welcome back! I hope you had a wonderful long weekend.

Don’t forget to order your Krispy Kreme donuts for the final Grade 7 Farewell Fundraiser! Order by Monday May 25 on MunchALunch for May 29 distribution.

Our Grade 4-7 students have their Track Meet tomorrow (Wednesday May 20) at Minoru! Students will be dropped off and picked up from Minoru (the Gateway Theatre is our drop off/pick up location; our bleachers between the long jump and high jump stations is our home base). Please expect a reminder email with information later today!
