Stay safe in the heat ☀️

Extreme heat can affect your health more quickly than you may expect, especially during long periods outside.

What this means for you:
Hot weather can lead to dehydration, dizziness, or more serious heat-related illness.

- Drink water regularly (before you feel thirsty)
- Wear a hat and sunscreen
- Take breaks in a cool place or shade
- Plan activities for cooler times of day

If you feel dizzy, weak, or overheated, move to a cool place and drink water right away.
