Congratulations to Stephen Gouzoules for Councillor At Large - Riverview on winning today's by-election. I know Stephen cares deeply about this town and it is nice to see a fellow Scouter get elected.

It was a pleasure to sit down with Dave and to listen to him talk about his time as mayor. During his time in office he was able to meet the Pope, Queen Elizabeth II, the Duke of Edinburgh, and many more. We shared a laugh when we realized that he was the mayor of Riverview when I was born in 1985. I truly value his wisdom and appreciate his endorsement.

Accessibility has been a pillar of my campaign. I'm glad to see the town taking steps to earn the designation of age friendly community and look forward to hearing the result of the application.
