We have heard the public's comments regarding better communication in an emergency or water issue; we have been searching and trialing different options and we believe this system will make immediate communication possible and specific.

Let the Town Office know that you would like to be added to the system or follow the QR code to do so yourself.

UPDATE: Monday July 13. PDWA is now rescinded after all samples and chlorine levels have come back good.

Update on the Town PDWA that will be in effect until early-mid next week.

UPDATE Monday July 13: RESCINDED. All samples and chlorine levels have come back and Water Security Agency has rescinded the PDWA

UPDATE Thursday, July 9: We made an error on the paperwork sent into the lab missing the chlorine levels, samples are being resent and drinking water advisory will be in effect until early next week. The Coliform and E.Coli results were no detectable (that is good) but the chlorine levels are important as well.

UPDATE Thursday July 2: Water level is coming back up but drinking water advisory is still in effect.

Tuesday June 30:PDWA for the entire Town of Rocanville and all users of the Town water distribution system.

Our reservoirs have gotten extremely low and we are having water hauled over from Moosomin. Please conserve water the best you can until we are able to replenish our reservoirs, we are actively working on correcting the issue and appreciate your kindness and understanding.

We will be out hand delivering notices.

Some upgrades are happening on the sidewalks on our main street, please be conscious of the area around the grocery store/conexus and at the crosswalks.

8:22pm UPDATE…James from Jeannot Electric and the public works crew were on site and got us back up and running. Appreciate everyone’s quick response. Kindly stay conscious over the weekend as we continue to monitor

Lift station pump is down. Do not flush or use any water. Vac trucks are on the way to ease pressure while we switch out a pump

206km in 2 days!!!
We’re cheering for you Dion!!!!

Dion made it to Herbert Co-op at 6:15pm, thats today finish point on Sunday June 28th.
He completed another 102 km on a very rainy windy day.

Thank you to Borderland Co-op for the $500.00 co-op gift card towards fuel for this event.

Total Distance is 206kms on roller blades in 2 days.

Today’s incredibly generous donations came in at an amazing $1,650.00. With some very kind messages in the e-transfer comments.
