Rossburn Fire Department The Rossburn Fire Department also has two Fire Captains, Darryl Drul and Albert Lysyshin.

Dispatched via the Provincial 911 system, Our Fire Fighters are at the ready, day or night, to come to the aid of the community and assist their fellow residents. The management and operation, plus training and equipping of the Fire Department is the responsibility of our Fire Chief Kelly Slon, who is assisted by Deputy Fire Chief Brian Sidoryk. Our Department is a paid on-call fire service with a

crew of 25 front line firefighters. Rossburn Fire Department serves the citizens of both the Town and Rural Municipality of Rossburn covering an approximate area of 672 square kilometers and a population of 973. We respond to an average of 20-25 incidents per year, including fires, motor vehicle collisions, rescues, as well as basic hazardous material calls.
