Have you ever wondered what goes on in the Miners Hall in a week?

Sometimes I think we forget (or maybe don't know) just how much this amazing historical building brings to our community. Here's a glimpse of just 7 days of bookings and programs (Sat, Oct 17-24) in this community hub:

☕ Play Cafe for little ones and their grown-ups
💪 Mama & Me drop-in fitness classes, plus lunchtime and evening fitness options
🩷 A postpartum support group
🩰 Adult ballet class
🎵Ukulele classes for adults
🎲 Dungeons & Dragons for kids
🤹 a Juggling workshop
🎭 A theatrical co-production by RCAC featuring puppetry and live music
☕ The Joe Hill Coffee House by RCAC
🎓 The Columbia Mountains Institute of Applied Ecology's annual Researchers' Forum
💼 Business meetings
🕯️ Private celebrations
❤️ a Red Cross training course

This amounted to 76 hours of bookings in one week alone- and that's a typical week! That doesn't include the people coming in and out to enjoy Flux Climbing or to spend time in the pottery studio.

We're pretty lucky to have such an iconic, historic building that continues to be so well-loved, well-used and full of life.
