Our First Steps to Strong Miles Beginner Run Club has officially wrapped up, and what a fantastic several weeks it has been!

Participants spent the course building strength, endurance, confidence, and consistency through a combination of run-specific strength training, steady-paced group runs, and guided mobility and recovery work. Most importantly, they built a supportive community that encouraged one another every step of the way.

A huge thank you goes out to Traharn for leading this program with such enthusiasm, knowledge, and encouragement. We are incredibly fortunate to have instructors like Traharn in our community who are willing to share their expertise and help others discover the joy of movement and running.

Mini Sports is an unfacilitated play time for kids under 5 on the Cook Field.

It USUALLY runs from 9:30-12:15 every Wednesday morning, however tomorrow isn't looking good, weather-wise :(

The Fields are currently closed and with more rain in the forecast, I am pre-emptively making the decision to cancel Mini Sports tomorrow (June 10).

Unfortunately, this Friday's (June 5) Roller Jam has been CANCELLED due to technical and staffing issues.

Don't worry—we still have two Roller Jams left this month on June 12 and June 26, and we have some exciting surprises in the works!

Adults, mark your calendars for June 26—we've got a DJ booked and it's shaping up to be a great night on wheels. 🎵🛼

🏐 Adult Volleyball is the LAST indoor rec sport standing this season! 🏐

While pickleball, basketball, and soccer have all wrapped up or moved outdoors, volleyball is still going strong until June 16!
