Feeling a bit like a lost seed this week ~ where was PSC?? They’ve been in the shadows too, as R.P. Bell was getting some sprucing up. Poor Vinny had to keep his eyes peeled on the plant campers in the dark and without his rooted support staff!

The RP Bell Library will be closed from 12:00pm today (May 21st) through end-of-day Sunday (May 24th).

We will reopen with our regular summer hours (8:30am - 4:00 on Monday, May 25th.

This week, Vinny and the campers made waves at the Athletic Centre and the Mountie Pool for a delightful day in the water. They played around… and even met some new friends 💕!

The Alfred Whitehead Music Library will be closed from Saturday, May 9th through Wednesday, May 20th to align with the library maintenance closure. It will reopen on Thursday, May 21st.

As part of early work for the R.P. Bell Library revitalization, a planned power outage will take place across select campus buildings from May 12-20.

⚠️ FULL CLOSURE — May 12-20

These buildings will be closed and inaccessible during this time:
• R.P. Bell Library
• Crabtree Building
• Music Conservatory

⚠️ SHORT, AFTER-HOURS OUTAGES ONLY
May 12 (5–8 a.m.) & May 20 (4–8 p.m.)

Impacted buildings:
• Flemington Building
• Barclay Building
• Hart Hall
• University Chapel
• Centennial Hall
• Owens Art Gallery
• Gairdner Building
• Trueman Cottage

No impact between these dates.

These outages are necessary to safely prepare for the next phase of the Library revitalization project and are scheduled to minimize disruption.
