St. Albert Family Resource Centre Supporting families and children to grow, strengthen, learn & connect to others in the community! St. Albert and the surrounding communities since 1982.

Albert Family Resource Centre (SAFRC) is a thriving non-profit Family Resource Centre, serving families in St. Most of our programs are FREE with yearly $10 family membership! Membership is open to all families, no matter how big or small, and can include your immediate family & household members (e.g. children, partner, grandparents). We offer over 400 courses and workshops annually through our F

amily Life Education Program, at the centre and on an outreach basis. Early Childhood Programs, Child and Youth Programs, and Parent Education Programs make up the many courses offered. Our Family Support Program offers one-on-one education, support and referrals to parents or the primary caregiver of children. Programs vary in length and intake criteria. Thursday, June 25th at 5:30 PM
at the St. Albert Family Resource Centre!

This is a wonderful opportunity to look back and celebrate all the exciting successes from the past year. Our Board of Directors will present the 2025 Annual Report, and we’d love to see you there—everyone is welcome!

Attending the AGM is a great way to stay connected with the heart of our Centre. It’s a chance to learn more about the work we do, the impact we’ve had in our community, and how your voice and involvement can help shape our future. When families show up and share in these moments, it strengthens the community we’re building together.

A huge THANK YOU to The Home Depot and their amazing team for helping refresh and revitalize our outdoor playground space at SAFRC 🧡

Their team spent the day installing brand new artificial turf to help get our playground summer-ready for the kids and families in our programs. ☀️

This refreshed space will create even more opportunities for play, connection, learning, and fun for the kiddos who visit SAFRC every day.

We are so grateful for community partners like Home Depot - St. Albert who continue to give back in meaningful ways and help make a difference for local families. Thank you for your hard work, generosity, and support!

🧡 We’re excited to share that St. Albert Family Resource Centre has once again been selected as a recipient of The Orange Door Project campaign through The Home Depot Canada Foundation! 🧡

Did you know that youth homelessness exists right here in our community?

From May 12 – June 14, you can support local youth by donating to The Orange Door Project at participating Home Depot stores or online. Every dollar raised locally helps provide youth with safety, support, resources, and hope for a brighter future.

On May 23, all donations made in-store and online will be MATCHED by The Home Depot Canada Foundation — doubling the impact of your generosity! 🙌
