As summer comes to an end, we want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to some wonderful people who have been part of our Passamaquoddy Children’s Centre family this summer!

🌼 Kylie — our SEED student who spent her summer learning, growing, and becoming part of our team. Thank you for all your hard work and for bringing your energy and kindness to the centre!
🌼 Nallaka — thank you for coming on board and helping us out while our regular staff enjoyed some well-deserved vacation time. We truly appreciated having you with us!
🌼 Ashley — thank you for spending your summer with us! We’ve loved having you as part of our team, and we wish you all the best as you head back to school for the second year of your ECE Diploma.

Once a part of the PCCI family, always a part of the PCCI family! 💕

We also have to send a very special good luck to Shauna, who is off to complete her nine-week practicum for her Bachelor Degree! 🎓📚 We are definitely going to miss having you here and we can’t wait until you get back! ❤️

Lastly, we want to wish a HUGE good luck to all of our PCCI kiddos heading to school! We are going to miss seeing your smiling faces every day, but we are so excited for all the fun, learning, and adventures ahead of you. Remember to be kind, try your best, and have lots of fun! We’ll be cheering you on all year long!

Growing, Learning & Tasting!
We planted seeds and sprouts with the children and watched them grow into something we could harvest and enjoy together, what a wonderful learning journey it has been! 🫘🌱
Gardening gives children the opportunity to explore, wonder, ask questions, make connections, and see the results of their own care and patience. And now, the best part… we get to eat some of what we grew! 💚 still waiting for squash!
Experiences like this beautifully reflect the New Brunswick Curriculum Framework, where children are encouraged to learn through meaningful, hands-on experiences, relationships, exploration, and connections with the natural world.
From seed to table, our garden has been a classroom,and every little sprout has brought a new opportunity to learn. 🌿💚

The main basket is valued at over $1000 and includes a $200 Kent gift card donated by Harbour Town Builders Inc., Poley Mountain day passes, signed vinyl records, Under Armor waterbottles and so much more.
