Le 21 mai, notre Commandant et notre Sergent-major, Le Lieutenant-colonel Éric Beaudoin et l’Adudant-maître Vincent Rodier ont visité l'entreprise Pratt & Whitney, qui emploie l’Adjudant Nicolas Pichette et le Sergent Maxime Robidoux du 6e Bataillon, Royal 22e Régiment.
​L'Adj Pichette a proposé la candidature de leurs superviseurs pour l'obtention d'un certificat de reconnaissance, remis aux gestionnaires qui soutiennent de manière exceptionnelle les réservistes des Forces armées canadiennes.

DERNIÈRE RENCONTRE DE LA TROUPE ET ALLOCUTION DU COLONEL DU RÉGIMENT – dimanche, 26 avril 2026
En cette dernière réunion de la troupe du 6e Bataillon, Royal 22e Régiment pour l’année 2025-26, nous avons eu l’honneur de recevoir le Lieutenant-général (retraité) Marquis Hainse, Colonel du Régiment. Le Lgen Hainse s’est adressé à la troupe avec son dynamisme habituel, répondant à nos questions et prenant le temps de discuter avec tous les membres durant le BBQ du midi.
Notre commandant, le Lieutenant-colonel Beaudoin et notre Sergent-major, l’Adjudant-maître Rodier ont fait un retour sur l’année d’entraînement, pour ensuite permettre aux membres de s’exprimer librement en petits groupes sur les points positifs et ceux à améliorer. Toujours présente, notre Lieutenante-colonelle (Honoraire) Nellie Robin est venue s’adresser à sa troupe.

FINAL TROOP REUNION AND ADDRESS BY THE COLONEL OF THE REGIMENT – Sunday, 26 April 2026
At this final troop meeting of the 6th Battalion, Royal 22e Régiment for the 2025–26 year, we had the honour of welcoming Lieutenant-General (retired) Marquis Hainse, the Colonel of the Regiment. Lt-Gen Hainse addressed the troops with his usual enthusiasm, answering our questions and taking the time to chat with all members during the midday BBQ.

Our Commanding Officer, Lieutenant-Colonel Beaudoin, and our Sergeant-Major, Master Warrant Officer Rodier, reviewed the year’s training, before allowing members to speak freely in small groups about the positives and areas for improvement. As always, our (Honorary) Lieutenant-Colonel Nellie Robin was present to address her troops.

BAL DE L’ARMÉE - Samedi le 18 avril 2026
Le 6e Bataillon, Royal 22e Régiment était fièrement représenté au Bal de l'Armée canadienne 2026 à Gatineau. Nous avions deux tables regroupant 20 membres actifs et anciens du bataillon, notamment le Major-général (retraité) Liston, le Lieutenant-colonel (Honoraire) (retraité) Robert Robin, notre Lieutenante-colonelle (Honoraire) actuelle Nellie Robin ainsi que notre commandant, le LCol Beaudoin et notre Sergent-major, l’Adjudant-maître Rodier.
​Sur la photo en noir et blanc (en raison de l'éclairage), notre groupe est accompagné du Ministre de la Défense nationale, l'honorable David McGuinty (3e debout à partir de la droite) ainsi que le Sergent-Major de l'Armée canadienne, l’Adjudant-chef Robin, ancien Sergent-major du Royal 22e Régiment. Soirée mémorable pour tous et belle représentation de la part du 6R22eR au Bal de l'armée !

ARMY BALL - Saturday 18 April 2026
The 6th Battalion, Royal 22e Régiment was proudly represented at the 2026 Canadian Army Ball in Gatineau. We had two tables seating 20 active and former members of the battalion, including Major-General (retired) Liston, Lieutenant-Colonel (Honorary) (retired) Robert Robin, our current Lieutenant-Colonel (Honorary) Nellie Robin, as well as our commanding officer, LCol Beaudoin, and our Sergeant-Major, Master Warrant Officer Rodier.
In the black-and-white photo (due to the lighting), our group is accompanied by the Minister of National Defence, the Honourable David McGuinty (third from the right standing), as well as the Sergeant-Major of the Canadian Army, Chief Warrant Officer Robin, former Sergeant-Major of the Royal 22e Régiment. A memorable evening for all and a fine showing by the 6R22eR at the Army Ball!
