Thank you to everyone who offered to help, shared the post, and reached out. The response was overwhelming in the best possible way.

PULSE is a small grassroots organization, and we're continually reminded how fortunate we are to be part of such a caring and supportive community.

Thank you for showing up for us. We appreciate each and every one of you. 💚

The grass around the PULSE building has gotten pretty overgrown, and unfortunately we don't have a mower. If anyone has a lawn mower and 15–20 minutes to spare, we'd really appreciate the help.

It's a small job that would make a big difference and help keep the space looking welcoming for everyone who visits.

Need a hand navigating the healthcare system?

The Healthcare Coordination Team is now at PULSE on Friday mornings from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

This is a great free service for anyone who could use help accessing healthcare, community supports, housing resources, ID assistance, mental health and addictions services, or basic health checks & blood work.

No appointment is needed—just drop in.

Please share with friends, family, neighbours, or anyone who might benefit from these supports. Sometimes getting connected is the hardest part, and this team can help make it easier. 💙

We're excited to share our June calendar and all the ways you can connect with us this month!

We've got a few things happening at PULSE this month, including Parent & Caregiver Chats, Service Canada Q&A sessions, and our regular community supports.

A couple of things to note:

• The Health Care Coordination Team has moved to Friday mornings (9am–12pm).
• June 17 will be our final Parent & Caregiver Chat before we break for the summer.

Just a reminder that Parent & Caregiver Chat is happening tomorrow, Wednesday, May 27th from 8:15am – 10am. at P.U.L.S.E. Inc. ❤️

A relaxed morning to connect, laugh, vent, support one another, and continue building our village together because we truly believe it takes one. 💛

The coffee beans are already ground and ready to go ☕
Now we just wait for the magical orange light on the coffee urn to turn on… an important part of our weekly routine 😂
