The Pregnancy Resource Center of Saint John We are a safe, compassionate place for those impacted by an unexpected pregnancy or other pregnancy-related challenges.

All of our services are free and confidential. We offer a safe, compassionate place for people impacted by an unexpected pregnancy to discuss their options. By providing accurate education, we equip people to make crucial life-choices about pregnancy, relationships, and faith. We also offer:
- Free pregnancy tests
- Pregnancy options information
- Adoption support
- Prenatal & parenting lessons
- Material support
- Pregnancy & infant loss program
- Fatherhood program
- Post-abortion support

An unexpected pregnancy is a huge decision point in a person's life. The PRC provides a place of support, hope, and encouragement throughout the decision-making process and continued support after a decision has been made.

We are so grateful for the way Operation Feed continues to show up for families in our Greater Saint John community. Their support helps us meet immediate, practical needs for our clients and makes such a meaningful difference in the work we do every day.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to attend Simonds High School’s Work Room Community Fair! 💛

We enjoyed connecting with students in Grades 9–12, sharing about the PRC and the free programs and support we offer.

We also had some great conversations about future career interests and opportunities in the social services field.

Thanks for having us! It was great to connect with students and share a little more about what we do. 💛

There is something so special about getting to walk alongside a mom throughout her pregnancy and then having her come back to introduce you to her beautiful new baby. 💗

Today, we got to see this glowing mama and her husband as they proudly showed off their sweet baby girl. Moments like these remind us why we love what we do. 🤍

Being part of a family’s journey through pregnancy and continuing to support them beyond is such a privilege and joy for us. 💗

It takes a village to raise a child, and we love being part of our clients' village. 🤍
