The Pregnancy Resource Center of Saint John We are a safe, compassionate place for those impacted by an unexpected pregnancy or other pregnancy-related challenges.

All of our services are free and confidential. We offer a safe, compassionate place for people impacted by an unexpected pregnancy to discuss their options. By providing accurate education, we equip people to make crucial life-choices about pregnancy, relationships, and faith. We also offer:
- Free pregnancy tests
- Pregnancy options information
- Adoption support
- Prenatal & parenting lessons

- Fatherhood program
- Post-abortion support

An unexpected pregnancy is a huge decision point in a person's life. The PRC provides a place of support, hope, and encouragement throughout the decision-making process and continued support after a decision has been made.

Our clients are so much more than an appointment or a visit. 🤍

It is such an honour and a privilege to come alongside each and every client we have the opportunity to serve at the PRC. We care deeply about their experience, their journey, their story, and what they’re walking through.

We care about them as individuals, throughout their pregnancy, and as they step into parenthood. We’re here for it all.

It’s especially meaningful when we have the opportunity to build a genuine connection with a client and capture moments like this. 💕

And we are so thankful for the amazing volunteers who give their time and heart to make these connections possible. We truly couldn’t do it without them. 🤍

Such a sweet afternoon at the PRC! 💕

We had four families join us for our Infant Massage class, and it was a success! Each baby seemed to enjoy their first experience in a group class. 🥰

It was so special watching parents slow down, connect with their babies, and learn the beautiful benefits of nurturing touch.

We feel so blessed to have a warm and welcoming space where families can gather, learn together, share their parenting experiences, and build meaningful connections with each other. 💕
