St. Paul Education Learning Together, Growing Together Geographically and demographically, St. Paul Education covers a large rural/urban area in Northeast Alberta. Paul Education.

We serve the communities of St. Paul, Elk Point, Two Hills, Mallaig, Ashmont, Myrnam and Heinsburg. We also serve students from Saddle Lake Cree Nation, Whitefish Lake First Nation #128, Frog Lake First Nation and Kehewin Cree Nation.​

In 1995, parent and community stakeholders initiated the amalgamation of five school boards into what is now St. In doing so, St. Paul Education became the only sc

hool division in Alberta to operate both separate and public schools under one board. The Division’s religious, linguistic and cultural diversity is a source of strength and pride.​

We serve 3,817 students (K-12), including Catholic, First Nation, Mennonite, Hutterite and Home Schooling learners. Our 19 definable school sites are staffed by approximately 250 FTE teaching staff and 350 support staff.

There’s still time to register for TRAD133: Intro to Trades!

Ready to try something hands-on this summer? Intro to Trades gives students the chance to explore a variety of exciting career pathways, including carpentry, mechanics, barbering, and welding.

Students will learn in industry-standard labs, build practical skills, and take part in introductory safety training to help them start with confidence.

Course dates: June 29–July 10
Class times: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:00–3:30 p.m.
No classes: July 1

From tools to techniques, this is a great opportunity to get a feel for the trades and discover what sparks your interest!
