This historic convent is a reminder of our heritage and serves to recognize the important contribution made by the Sisters in the development of the village of St-Pierre-Jolys and surroundings.

**Long Weekend Woes… / Soucis de longue fin de semaine…**

As many of you know, we’ve been watering nonstop to give our young sugar maple forest the best possible start.

Comme plusieurs d’entre vous le savent, nous arrosons sans relâche afin de donner à notre jeune forêt d’érables à sucre le meilleur départ possible.

Yesterday at 2:00 p.m. our water pump suddenly failed. Lionel Cure quickly came to our rescue, diagnosed the problem, and with Jebya’s expert plumbing skills the issue was resolved in short order. After a quick trip to Blumenort and Steinbach for parts, Jebya had the new pump installed and running again in just 50 minutes!

Hier à 14 h, notre pompe à eau est soudainement tombée en panne. Lionel Cure est rapidement venu à notre secours, a diagnostiqué le problème, et grâce aux compétences en plomberie de Jebya, le tout a été résolu rapidement. Après un bref détour à Blumenort et Steinbach pour les pièces, Jebya a installé la nouvelle pompe et elle pompait à nouveau en seulement 50 minutes!
