💙 Join the Rebound Team!

We're hiring Supported Independent Living Support Workers to help youth build skills, reach goals, and thrive as they transition toward independence.

In this role, you'll work alongside youth in a home-like environment, providing encouragement, advocacy, and day-to-day support while using trauma-informed, relational, and youth-centered approaches. You'll collaborate with care teams and community partners, champion youth voices, and help young people recognize their strengths and potential.

We're looking for passionate, creative, and dedicated individuals with experience supporting youth, strong relationship-building skills, and a belief in the potential of every young person.

🌈 Today, a group of Rebound staff hopped into the new Rebound van and headed to Sarnia's waterfront for the Pride Flag Raising Ceremony.

One of the best parts of Pride Month is seeing our community come together in support, celebration, and solidarity. From youth and families to community organizations, businesses, and allies, today's event was a powerful reminder that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and welcomed.

We love seeing so many people showing up for one another and helping create a community where diversity is celebrated and belonging matters. Moments like these remind us that inclusion isn't just an idea, it's something we build together.

🎨 June 3 | Pride Paint Night (Ages 17-24)
Paint with all the colours of the rainbow and explore what Pride means to you. Through art, share your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and messages about pride, identity, and community.

💅 June 10 | Nail Art Night (Ages 12-16)
Get creative, express yourself, and design colourful nail art in a fun and welcoming space.

🍕🎬 June 17 | Movie & Pizza Night (Ages 12-24)
Relax, connect with friends, enjoy a movie, and grab some pizza!

Spectrum is Rebound's 2SLGBTQIA+ youth program, providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where young people can connect, be themselves, and build community.

📍 Programs take place at Rebound, 10 Lorne Crescent, Sarnia.
🕕 All programs run from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
