Outdoor Mat Pilates now available at Lakewood Civic Centre!🌟 We’ve expanded the Mat Pilates schedule to include an outdoor class at Lakewood Civic Centre beginning June 18.

Build core strength, improve flexibility and restore balance to your body through Pilates. This mat class offers personalized modifications and progressions, so you can challenge yourself at your own pace. Mats are provided.

If you are around the riverbank, keep your distance and remember that swimming in the river is not allowed. Beach access sites in Meewasin Valley will be closed or have cautionary signage in place. Take them to a SARCAN Recycling depot or to the Material Recovery Centre to make sure they’re properly processed.

A little sorting goes a long way. Recycling right keeps both staff and the system safe. Keep your blue bin free of contamination and sort it out!
