As another busy flood evacuation season comes to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on what an honour it was to host members of Moose Cree First Nation

Being trusted to provide a safe and welcoming place during such a difficult and uncertain time is something we do not take lightly. We are grateful for the opportunity to support your community, and we thank everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make it possible

To the members of Moose Cree First Nation — Miigwetch for placing your trust in us, we are happy everyone has returned home safely!

Today, on Red Dress Day, ISN Maskwa stands in remembrance, reflection, and action. We honour the lives of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit people, whose absence is deeply felt in communities across Turtle Island.

This day is not only about awareness—it is about listening, learning, and standing alongside the communities who continue to carry these stories. Through our current and future work with these families, ISN Maskwa is committed to creating space for voices to be heard, supporting healing, and strengthening relationships rooted in respect and accountability.

To the Community of Netmizaaggamig Nishnaabeg / Pic Mobert First Nation,

For the past four years, it has been a true honour to work alongside and support your community.

We extend our deepest gratitude to your Nation for the trust you’ve placed in our team. Being welcomed into a community is something we never take lightly, and we are incredibly thankful for the relationships we’ve built, the knowledge shared, and the experiences that have shaped our journey together.

Thank you for allowing us to stand beside you. We look forward to continuing to walk this path together with respect, collaboration, and shared purpose.
