Swimming in water with high levels of bacteria can cause skin, eye, nose, and throat infections, as well as stomach illness if water is swallowed.

To reduce your risk:

✅Avoid swallowing beach water
✅Towel off after a swim, and
✅Shower once at home

Calling all youth ages 12+! Join our 10-week Kids in the Kitchen group, where participants will build confidence and independence while learning practical cooking skills.

Through hands-on cooking experiences and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) teaching strategies, this fun and interactive group provides an opportunity for children and youth to develop confidence in the kitchen while exploring new foods, recipes, and routines in a supportive environment.
